Mahajar qomi moment also known as mutthida qomi moment is a political party founded by altaf Husain in 1978 Altaf Husain also founded All Pakistan Muhajir Student Organization for students rights which got band after abusing pathan students From start altaf Husain and his moment was not that popular and was not against pakitanSo why altaf Hussain and his so called political moment is so agaist Pakistan According to many journalist in the erly 1980s mahajirs were facing civil rights not all over Pakistan but some small areas of Karachi Those mahajirs violated the city many times for there rights MQM and altaf Husain was involved in many murders of police officers and But when MQM got into power and started a full moment the climax got high and the biggest city of Pakistan started facing some peace prblems in 1990s
In 1991 altaf Husain was deported In 1992 prime minister nawaz shareef with the help of Pakistan rangers sindh police and Pakistan army lunched a operation called Operation Clean-up against those members of MQM who were involved in destabilizing Pakistan During the operation altaf Husain took political residence in UK Between 1994-1998 MQM didnot took part in any political activites but after 1999 MQM won some seat in national assbmly and then again the city of Karachi becom violent Back in 2014 till know rangers and police raided nine zero the head quaters of MQM and recoverd alot of aminations and guns and AK47 which were Indian made after this
