Man mistakenly shot by police speaks about incident, says he's "conflicted" on how to feel

Car Williams was shot by an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officer after he was mistaken for a carjacking suspect that Williams had called 911 for police help after his wife was attacked by that suspect.
