In this part Hillhouse talks about how to move the arm in a good perfect circle and where to touch the arm to make sure that is going in a good circle. He says that to get a good circle motion if you touch the top of your arm to your ear and your forearm to your belly than you know that you have made a good circle and it will reduce any pain that a softball pitcher may have in their arm because of try to over stress their muscles.
