IDPs face food shortages as NGO workers leave town

Due to recent violence against aid workers in Arakan state's capital Sittwe, all foreign NGO and UN agency staff have bene evacuated to Rangoon. But in their absence IDPs face food shortages and dwindling supplies of medicine.
