European IOC chief tried to evade arrest in Rio: police

Brazilian police say Europe's top Olympic official Patrick Hickey tried to evade arrest in Rio de Janeiro by hiding in a different hotel room. Patrick Hickey was detained over alleged black market sales of Rio Games tickets.
