Ship and wave dynamic interaction seems to be accurate but there are some clipping issues when waves come in contact with ship's hull. This is not a big issue as it's common occurrence in many games. It's probably 'coz wave to ship contact animations are not simulated in conjunction with wave to ship physics which was simulated.
