Campaign Part 1 - A Good Foundation
The campaign mode allows you to start in any one of three eras and I decided to start with the earliest, or Gold, which spans the years 1947-1973.
As I am completely new to the game, I decided to go with the Normal difficulty level as it is probably what most casual players would select when playing for the first time.
Having jumped straight in, this was my first opportunity to get a feel for the driving mechanics and a handle on setting up my Logitech wheel. As such, this first stage of the campaign is a reasonably gentle introduction, almost a training mode in fact.
