This video is all about termite damage. Where are you expected to find termite damage within your home?
Well your home is constructed of timber so basically unless its metal frame there will be timber right throughout the whole house.
Now termite generally found within the floorboards, skirting boards, window frames, door frames, wall Timbers, roof timbers and the surrounds of the home which is the tree stumps, trees and fence lines.
So I had a bit of experience with a termite damage roof void where I've actually climbed into the roof space in order to conduct an inspection and as I push myself through the access point into the roof, the timbers that I was hanging onto, actually collapsed, so I didn't go very far, so that was pretty nasty, so that house in particular wasn't very sound for us to proceed with further inspections.
