Afghan troops deployed to counter Taliban in Helmand

Afghan troops are being deployed to the capital of Helmand province in the south. Taliban fighters have been closing in on Lashkar Gar, raising fears they could soon overrun the city. Al Jazeera’s Gerald Tan explains.
