The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council has given licenses to many fake medical colleges after getting several million of rupees as bribery, a considerable portion of which was shared with the officials in the federal ministries. Maj General (Retd) Azhar Meyhmood Kayani, Executive Director, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, disclosed this and many other startling revelations in his discussion at the 'Coffee Table' with Tahir Dhindsa.
