There is no better place to learn self defense or Jiu-Jitsu. Do not be fooled by the name, they also have a top notch Boxing and Muay Thai programs. The instructors are extremely nice and will help you achieve what you are looking for on and off the mats. It does not matter if you are just looking for physical conditioning and health or as a serious competitor, everyone becomes teammates and even family. The staff really shows the passion they have to teach and care for the students.
