People belonging to different religious faiths work together

Midnapur, Aug 08 (ANI): India is known for its diversity that is marked by harmonious relations between people of different communities. This unique trait is followed across the country. Nijamuddin Thander is an enterprising businessman who started a fish breeding farm in the Chandrakona block of Midnapur district by providing livelihood to the people of the area sans any discrimination. More than 20 people, belonging to both Hindu and Muslim communities, are currently employed in the farm. Thander started this business 10 years ago. The farm is running successfully with around 10 million good quality fishes being preserved by hatching process. These fishes are being sold in eastern part of India. Thander is an ambitious businessman and wants to expand his farm so that he can generate more employment opportunities. The workers don't face any kind of discrimination and treat each other as brothers. Thander and his employees prove that for holistic development, we all need to work together in unison, so that we can progress as a developed nation.
