A fine example of both 1. maintaining the connection of the "thema fugatem" with the passacaglia instead of erroneously making it a separate "fugue" as is commonly done. and 2. improvising a cadenza at the fermata on the Neapolitan as is appropriate for Baroque performance practice of Bach's day.
