A large alligator was caught on Thursday (August 4) night after it was spotted in a parking lot near Miami, NBC reported.
A security guard at a water treatment plant in Key Biscayne called 911 after spotting the 8-foot (2,43 meters) alligator.
Florida Fish and Wildlife trappers captured the reptile which was expected o be moved to the Everglades, the marshy subtropical wilderness that occupies a large portion of south Florida.
