An expressway in northwest China's Gansu Province has to close down to traffic temporarily as a downpour-induced flash flood has got two kilometers of it under half meters of flood water for Wednesday.
Local traffic authorities have to stand guard and help divert traffic flows at both ends of that submerged section of the expressway.
Traffic has already resumed on that section after the flood water has receded later on Wednesday.
