Access-ways are needed in most demolition projects, particularly those on commercial properties, and must not have any #debris laying around. The point of an access-way is to make it easier to carry materials between our truck and the demolition site. The access-way should have enough room to get our equipment in and out of the building without any difficulty. Keeping this space usable for the duration on the job means that it cannot become cluttered with loose demolition debris. Cleaning up after ourselves is critical to maintaining a clear access-way.
