The first Treasure Easter Egg in Fallout 4 can be found through a little underwater exploration. The secret message in a bottle that starts the quest can be found on the coast.

Location: Nahant Oceanological Society
Pick up the secret bottle message on the coast and follow the waypoint into the ocean.
(Make sure you have the perk that lets you breathe under water or you won't make it there. It's called Aquaboy and can be found in the endurance perk section)
The screen turns almost completely black unless you look down in a 45 degree angle. Don't worry about that though, try to get to the ground and always follow the waypoint and you should get to the treasure in no time.
Your goal is to get to a small boat wreck on the ground that is not really hidden, but a bit hard to make out. On it you can find the secret steamer trunk and a tool case filled with goodies.
