California Gov. Jerry Brown is slated to speak Wednesday evening at the Democratic National Convention. He said Tuesday in an interview with The Post's James Hohmann, that he plans to speak about climate change. He also discussed his role as governor, his past presidential campaigns and his thoughts on Sen. Bernie Sanders' run for president.
