What can you do if your Green Card application is denied after Adjustment of Status Green Card Interview?
Applicants who file for adjustment of status in order to get their green card here in the United States must in most cases appear for an interview at an office of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This usually takes place several weeks or months after submitting the adjustment of status application.
If USCIS has issued a denial after the Interview, you can either appeal this decision or to start a new file. Sometimes it can be beneficial to refile the whole case without loosing time in appeal. This will be depending your case and the situations.
