If you can dream it, you can do it, as this cute little French bulldog proves. Arnold the Frenchie is not deterred when he gets into a pool with no water. He proceeds to ‘swim’ around the paddling pool, with apparent ease, make-believing he’s engaged in a fun summertime activity.
