Boris Johnson vows close UK-EU ties on Brussels trip

Britain's foreign minister Boris Johnson says the UK and EU should continue to work closely together as he attends his first EU foreign ministers' meeting in Brussels, a call echoed by the bloc's Foreign Policy Chief, Federica Mogherini.
