Bhopal, July 15 (ANI): The Madhya Pradesh Government on Friday cleared the proposal to set up 'Anand Vibhag’ or Happiness Department. Briefing the media about the same, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said a state’s prosperity is measured with its economic growth, but added it can't be a factor alone to measure the satisfaction of people. Chouhan further said there are other needs, including a positive outlook towards life, level of satisfaction and support of society, which plays a vital role in a person’s life during crisis.
