Nice attack: Dozens killed as lorry rams into Bastille Day crowd

The French President Francois Hollande has denounced what he called a 'monstrous terrorist attack' in Nice, that has killed at least 84 people. A lorry drove into a crowd celebrating Bastille Day, France's national day.
