I knew that there would be a MIDI of this. I wanted to remix this in Synthfont because I thought I would be too much for FL Studio. The MIDI was made by King Meteor. He said it was a F-Zero X arrangement on one of the MIDI tracks but I say this is more like the Brawl version. Hope you enjoy!
