UK energy minister Leadsom launches bid to be post-Brexit PM

Energy minister and pro-Brexit campaigner Andrea Leadsom says her decision to run for the leadership of the Conservative party is driven by an "absolute conviction" that the UK's future "would be so much better outside the European Union".
