US college basketball loses coaching legend: Pat Summitt dies, aged 64

Pat Summitt, known as the winningest coach in US Division I college basketball history has died at the age of 64.

She coached the University of Tennessee to eight national basketball championship victories and won more games than any other coach in the same division.

Summitt announced in 2011 that she had been diagnosed with early-onset dementia.
