Joubert "Thrilled" to referee Sevens at Rio Olympics

Referee Craig Joubert looks ahead to refereeing Sevens matches at the Rio Olympics after a 10 year hiatus from the tournament. Rugby at the Olympics in Brazil kicks off on August 6th.
