About 30 minutes into an American Airlines flight from Dallas to Portland, Ore., a flight attendant noticed Chad Cameron Camp, 26, with his hand on a 13-year-old girl's crotch, according to the complaint. When the plane landed Camp was arrested and charged with abusive sexual contact.
