In a scene which could be straight out of a 60s spy movie, one Lithuanian car thief deployed some unusual tactics to evade police, as shown by dashcam footage released Wednesday by Lithuanian authorities. This runaway grand theft auto suspect tested his chasers by deploying both a smokescreen and spikes at police during a car chase in the rural area of Marijampole.
