There are some sublime electric production cars on the horizon... Here's our pick of the top six that will be released int he next few years, featuring the likes of Aston Martin, Tesla, DS and Porsche. One notable exclusion is the Apple Car (iCar?) - since its existence remains nothing more than a strong rumour it couldn't be included, despite being the most hyped of them all.
