Desh Deepak, a candidate who took the exam for the third time, said answer to questions like- 'As part of the National Climate Change policy, Indian government is planning to raise the installed capacity of renewable energy by the year 2030 to how many gigawatt (GW)?'- would not have been possible had he not followed the latest developments closely. "There were quite a number of questions that tested the general awareness of the candidates. For instance, six questions were asked based on the decadal population data and electrical power production in our country,'' said Deepak.
