Nepal, June 10 (ANI): Coordinator of Naya Shakti, Dr Baburam Bhattarai, has accused Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli of trying to turn Nepal into a centre of international conflict. Expressing solidarity with the Federal Alliance’s month-long relay hunger strike at Khula Manch in capital Kathmandu, Dr Bhattarai reached the scene on Thursday and urged the government to fulfil their demands. A month ago, he had subtly hinted that the government was trying to prolong its rule with the support of China, when India tried to interfere and change the ruling alliance. Dr Bhattarai reiterated that there was no option other than demarcation of provinces in order to address the demands of the agitation parties. Former Chief Election Commissioner Bhoj Raj Pokharel also expressed his support to the Federal Alliance. Leaders and activists of the Federal Alliance have been staging a relay hunger strike for the past three days demanding identity-based provinces in the new federal setup.
