Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from Jamnagar Poonamben Hematbhai Maadam fell into a drain on Monday during a demolition drive. The MP had gone to oversee a demolition drive in Jalaram Nagar area of her Lok Sabha constituency when the drain caved in and the mishap took place. She has reportedly suffered leg injuries and is now undergoing treatment in a local hospital. Two other women who fell with her have also been injured and are undergoing treatment.
