Imagine a menu of gourmet dishes, 164 feet high in the sky while suspended on cables for a dinner date? Memorable, right?
"Dinner in the Sky", the unique dining experience has been created in Brussels by David Ghysels in 2006 and has now expanded to 56 countries across the world. Once the diners are all strapped, the tables are lifted simultaneously by cranes, until the city of Brussels is in full view. Guests are treated to haute cuisine from a host of Michelin-starred Belgian chefs. How much does it cost? Guests at the sold-out gastronomic event paid 275 euros for a five-course meal, including wine and champagne.
