Uzi-toting robber and masked buddy raid San Jose store

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA — Footage showing a violent armed robbery has been released by San Jose police to aid the city’s cops in their hunt for the Uzi-wielding culprits.

The incident took place on the evening of Apr. 23 at HP Foods on 830 South Third Street, the San Jose Mercury News reported, citing a police news release.

Authorities described one suspect as a 5 foot-10 Hispanic man in his 30s or 40s and weighing around 200 pounds. The other suspect was said to be aged between 20 and 35, with black hair. Their getaway vehicle was a early 2000s Acura TL with no license plate on the front, the Mercury News reported.
