That was shot by Ian Flanders at the 2014 Kuala Lumpur Tower Jump in October. It's a yearly event where 100 jumpers get invited by the Malaysian government to jump KL tower
The jump is of me (bottom) and Dave Shapiro (top) doing what's known as a "totem pole" BASE jump where on jumper carries the other one off the ledge. - Matt Blank
