Raven Trapped in Sony Sign & Woodpecker Samples Metal

A raven thought it had landed some prime real estate in the heart of Los Angeles, but found out its deal was too good to be true. The bird had set up its nest in the 'S' on the logo outside one of the Sony buildings, but got trapped in its own building materials, prompting a quick rescue.

Meanwhile, a woodpecker in Canada may have some metal trapped in its beak. The bird wanted to make some noise to attract a mate, so it decided to go big and jackhammer its little face into a metal pole. It definitely made a noise loud enough to be heard by any other birds, but woodpeckers aren't called metal-peckers for a reason, so the bird's tune may have fallen on deaf ears.
