NEWS: Shell: New shareholder offers new lease on life

Shell Refining Co (Federation of Malaya) Bhd’s sale of its controlling stake in a petroleum refinery plant in Port Dickson Malaysia Hengyuan International Ltd will give it a new lease on life according to chairman Datuk Iain Lo.
