The Softonic Minute: Emojli, Minecraft, Google and Facebook

Emojli revealed. If you're tired of WhatsApp and its clones, then check out Emojli, a brand new messaging app which only lets you chat via emojis. It sounds like a joke, but it is in fact a real project. You can reserve your Emoji-only username online ahead of its iOS launch. Minecraft adds rabbits. As one of its latest additions, the next update for Minecraft includes one notable animal: a rabbit. Beware though– not all rabbits will be peaceful, and you may just run into some rabid–and dangerous– rabbits. The animal will be available to all Minecraft fans in an upcoming update. Google abandons Quickoffice. The Google office suite will be separated into different apps including Docs, Sheets and Slides. Meanwhile, Quickoffice will still work, but you’ll no longer be able to download or update it. You’re better off using Docs and related apps, who’ve also just added compatibility with Office. Facebook experiments on you. Facebook has admitted to altering the newsfeed of 700,000 users to show either positive or negative status updates, wanting to see how people would react online. It hasn’t apologized for the experiment per se, but rather has acknowledged poor communication about it.
