Civillians suffer as Iraq army weakens ISIL stronghold of Fallujah

At least 15 civilians have been killed in an Iraqi military offensive to retake Fallujah and the surrounding areas from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS) group.
