Iraq PM declares offensive to retake Fallujah from ISIL

The Iraqi government has announced a military operation to retake the city of Falluja from ISIL. At least 14 Iraqi soldiers have been killed north east of Fallujah. Al Jazeera’s Omar Al Saleh reports from Irbil.
