New Delhi, May 22 (ANI): The 20th edition of Mann ki Baat saw Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday speaking about the rising temperatures and tension radiating around the delay in monsoon. PM Modi hoped that temperatures might fall in the coming days stating further that conserving water and forest was our duty. PM Modi even threw light upon the intense drought conditions prevailing in parts of India, saying that many states had undertaken wonderful efforts to mitigate the drought. He also spoke about how Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh have used technology to mitigate the drought. PM Modi even appealed to the citizens to pledge to not waste water starting in the months of June up till September this year. He further said water is a precious and should conserve it.
