These are the locations of the two known dead ghosts in the April update, whether there are more is currently unknown as no one has found any others.
For the first one you have to beat the level 41 Challenge of Elders and then watch carefully on your descent to the treasure room, and for the second one you just have to know how to scale the Phogoth room in the Blighted Chalice strike.
