Jammu and Kashmir, May 16 (ANI): The beautiful and picturesque Peer Ki Gali is house to the famous shrine of Sufi saint Sheikh Ahmed Karim. Thousands of pilgrims visit the shrine daily to pray for the well being of their friends and family. The footfall is especially high during Urs. Jammu and Kashmir is known as the city of saints. People from different communities celebrate all the festivals irrespective of their religious background. A hallmark of India is its diversity. People from different religious and cultural background live here amicably. It is this unity that brings people from different walks of life to the Urs of Sufi saint Sheikh Ahmed Karim.
