Rudrapur, May 16 (ANI): Indian and American doctors and scientists will soon collaborate to conduct large-scale trials on reviving brain dead patients. Scientists have been experimenting on a case or two to revive brain dead patients, but for the first time, the world's first clinical trial on such patients will be performed on a large scale. Doctors consider brain death an irreversible condition, as it involves the irreversible loss of a part of the brain called the brain stem, which is responsible for the capacity for consciousness and independent breathing.
