Gurgaon, May 15 (ANI): A private school teacher has been booked for allegedly beating up a Class IX student and rupturing his eardrum. The incident took place on April 22, when 14-year old Umesh Kumar of Sharda International School made a mistake in writing an English application. The teacher Rita Panwar slapped him so hard that his eardrum was ruptured. The police is looking into the matter. The victim is undergoing treatment in a hospital.
