New Delhi, May 13 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday made a cutting remark to the retiring Rajya Sabha MPs over delay in passing of the Goods and Service Tax bill. While conveying his best wishes, PM Modi underlined that the GST Bill would have immensely benefited all states.
