Dharamsala, May 09 (ANI): Exiled Tibetans in Dharamsala held a peace march to express solidarity with the family of an elderly woman who self-immolated for Tibetan freedom. The 50-year-old woman, Sonam Tso, set herself on fire on March 23 in protest against Chinese rule in Tibet. Several Tibetans marched with lit candles in Dharamsala, the seat of their exiled government, in support of Tso's family. The protestors also raised their voices against indiscriminate mining by the Chinese Government, which has adversely impacted the environment and caused serious damage.
