Kanpur, May 08 (ANI): Amid the severe water crisis prevailing in Uttar Pradesh, thousands litres of water was sprinkled just to clean the roads from where state PWD minister Shivpal Singh was due to pass by in the Kanpur city. Yadav was in the city to inaugurate the Alliance Buildmore Private Limited in Kalyanpur area where many tankers were seen wasting water on the streets. Such an incident reveals the negligence and insensitivity on part of those in power and government officials.
