New Delhi, May 07 (ANI): Communist Party Secretary of Shanghai Han Zheng, met top leaders of the Congress Party in the national capital. Zheng, accompanied by a business delegation, arrived in India on a five-day visit on Thursday. Calling on Congress president Sonia Gandhi, vice president Rahul Gandhi, and former prime minister Manmohan Singh, Zheng discussed the current global economic scenario. Zheng earlier met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday and discussed issues of mutual interest. During his trip, he will visit also visit Agra, Bengaluru and Mumbai. The visit comes under the exchange programme between the foreign ministry of India and the International Department of the Communist Party of China (IDCPC).
